All shipments are through Federal Express Priority
Overnight Service for a flat rate of $14.99
per item shipped in insulated packaging. Includes
Care and Handling instructions, enclosure (gift)
card, flowerfood, decorative finewrap and gelpack.

Availability:
Deliveries are provided to all destinations
within the Continental US, where FedEx Priority
or Standard Overnight service is available.
Fed/Ex deliveries are Not available
in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
Guam and other Non-Continental US destinations.

Addressing
Requirements:
A complete address is required for shipping.
Partial or incorrect addresses may result in
additional charges. We can not deliver
to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. A
valid phone or contact number is required for
the recipient. Also, a valid contact number
of the sender (Home, Work or a second number)
is required.

Deliveries: Are subject to an additional
$10.00 FedEx surcharge, it is subject to availability
of FedEx Saturday Delivery service in recipient’s
area. No Saturday Deliveries in Arizona
or California due to Their Departments of Agriculture: The respective Agriculture Departments
do not have Horticultural inspectors on
duty on Saturday. All Agricultural & Horticultural
products in these states must be inspected
before delivery.
2. Non-Holiday schedule. Deliveries
are not available on certain holidays.

Package Delivery:
All shipments are sent with “Signature
Release Waiver”. If no one is available
to receive the package at the time FedEx delivers,
the package will be left in the most suitable
location as determined by the FedEx driver.
FBN will not be liable for claims resulting
from this situation.
If recipient refuses to accept delivery, FedEx
will destroy the package and FBN will bill
you the full amount. We are not responsible
for package acceptance this is the senders
problem to resolve with the recipient.
Order Processing:
Orders must be received by 1:00pm EST one-day
prior to the delivery date. Orders received
after 1:00pm CST will be processed for shipping the next day. You will receive your order conformation
immediately after your order is placed to the
e-mail address you provided.
For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID. The CCID is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Enter the three-digit number following the credit card number. (See below.)
American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number. (See below.)
 Holiday Changes and Cancellations:
Be advised that any order modifications
or calculations must be made by 1:00pm EST
one-day prior to the delivery date. Be clear
on your required delivery date. Orders may
be modified or canceled per the above guidelines
except the following change:

Changes and cancellations must be made by 1:00pm
EST two days prior to delivery date.
Farm Direct Deliveries are made by:
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is limited
to the quality of the flowers and the timeliness
of shipping. We will replace any defective
product that arrives timely. Federal Express
is responsible for damage and delays and must
be reported on arrival of the package, and
no later than 24 hours. Report delivery delays
to Federal Express and e-mail us at milton@flobiznow.com
or you can phone 800 579-4111 for customer
service. We cannot be responsible for bad addresses,
misspelled names or other errors made in placing
your order. All complaints and claims must
be made within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of
the order.
Shipping Surcharges:
The following surcharges may be added to shipping
cost:
1. Saturday Delivery: A $10 surcharge
applies for Saturday delivery, when
available.
2. Saturday Delivery: Not available in Arizona
or California due to the Department of Agriculture
Regulations.
3. Address Correction: A $10 surcharge
will apply if FedEx corrects a delivery address.
There is no charge if an address correction
is provided to to us within the limits specified
in the “Cancellation and Changes” section
of this document.

Is limited to the replacement of
the damaged product only. All claims must be
made within 48 Hours of receipt of the product. For
